"First and foremost, I have never felt the need to write a letter of any sort so this is a first. On Saturday 12/5/09 I was in to purchase a recoil spring and starter rope for my snowmobile. After realizing it may be easier to pay to have the new spring installed and having it rewound, I asked parts if the service dept had time to do it. Even it bing 2:30 on a Saturday with a line of people at both service and parts counters, service gladly took me in no problem, rewound the starter rope cleaned the parts, replaced the springs, and even the technician talked to me and gave me a couple of pointers on putting it all back together. After working as a parts manager at car dealerships for nearly 14 years now, I understand the pressures and frustrations of day to day business and I was in amazement at how well everyone was there to help and even as busy as both counters were, everyone took it all in stride with good attitudes and took time with every customer they were dealing with. I actually found myself leaving with a smile on my face and will not hesitate to return for parts or service."

"If you are shopping anywhere else right now STOP .... you are wasting your time talking to other dealerships unless you want to pat yourself on the back later on for the fantastic deal you scored at HK. I wasted a month going back and forth with other "quick talking" dealerships before I was introduced to HK by a friend. Jim Whalley and the entire sales staff at HK are the most honest, straight forward, down to earth, and friendly folks I have ever dealt with in any sales environment. It almost seemed too easy when dealing with them because they WANT your loyal business and they give that loyalty to you the customer up front. I have not had to deal with the parts or service department yet but I am not worried at all. I also did not have to use their financing but Jim jumped over backwards and forwards dealing directly with my bank for me. Listen up all you people looking for your winter & summer toys ..... With Jim running the place and his boys Matt and Russ behind him .... it's a no brainer who you should be doing business with. VISIT HK IN HOOKSETT NOW !!!!!!!!!"

"I live n Keene, NH and I drove to HK Powersports in Hooksett to buy a motorcycle even though there is a Kawasaki dealer nearby. HK gave me a good deal and excellent service. They went out of their way to locate a specific motorcycle for me. Something my local dealer would not do. I actually bought two motorcycles from HK, as my son also bought a motorcycle from HK in Tilton, NH who had refered me to Hooksett for my Kawasaki motorcycle needs.
I travel 60 miles one-way to have my bike service by HK Powersports in Hooksett. Again, the service was very good. Everything from the service department was great. They were pleasant, attentive and thorough.

"The sales people we eager to help and fit me with the right bike for me and would not quit untill I got what I really wanted. Financing was fast and easy I could have road it home that day (if I had my license then)
The parts people where amazing, everything I needed they ordered for me with no problem. If it wasn't there they had it there in a matter of a few days.
Service...simply great, had a issue with my bike after I dropped it and they fixed it in about 20 minutes....no charge.
Overall I will never shop anywhere else but HKPowersports...tried and true..they are the best"
